Revision KoC

Revision Log: 5/31/10
-Added unlimited buffs (now buffs last forever until logging out)
-Added @crebirth (for people who want to rebirth to a KoC and hopefully working)
-Fixed rebirth so now KoC can rebirth at 120 (I hope this works also)
-Removed !givevip and !takevip
-Added Temple of Time (tot) to @go list
-Fixed a few typos and edited some text

well the unlimited buff and koc rebirth failed. But, I just fixed the unlimited buff and changed the koc level to 200.
