All in one buff/Buff Key NPC

Just a basic NPC with a list of buffs, or an all-in-one-buff option, free or for a price.
NPC gives optional single buff, I.E. List from Beginner Skills, Recovery, Nimblefeet. Cast All-in-One, get Recovery and Nimble feet, or just choose the one you want, I.E. Nimble feet, or Recovery.

In my opinion, I think an All-in-one shop is a little too cheap, you're getting spoon fed from the start and it's good short term but long term kinda sucks. People get bored fast, In my MS private server experience, servers that have players that are willing to put in some time into getting equips and where the economy is actually legit, are really good servers. All in on shops will attract more in the short term but In my opinion, they will eventually leave and go to a new private ms server. Again just an opinion, don't rage at my comments please
