Lately I've been noticing that the amount of people joining the server has been decreasing and this concerns me because before we were getting on average 2-3 people a day now were getting about 1 every two days. These are the reasons why.

-People aren't voting as much so were dropping in rank
-There are still fixes that needs to be done
-People don't know about the voting site
-There isn't a prize for voting
-Advertising hasn't been going well

What can be done?:
-Vote
-Apply fixes
-Advertise

What can the non GMs do:
-Vote
-Suggest things that we can improve
-Advertise

What should we do overall as a community:
-Voting prize
-Advertise
-Vote

If we apply one of those things I believe we can easily gain 2nd back and get 2-3 players a day again but the list doesn't end there.

-We could add more voting sites
-We could improve the server so it matches the competition
